I am a mediocre sprinter. I am 6'0'' 235lbs and have run anywhere from 11.7-12.5 in the 100m. I started with running sneakers then moved to spikes. Spikes made an incredible difference. These particular spikes only got a little bit of use because of a pulled hamstring but they seem durable and fit right.
