As advertised the shoes are one size smaller than stated. So in the advertizement and the reviews it states to order the shoes one size bigger than usual. Once O received the shoes the seller took it upon themselves to send me shoes that was another size bigger than I ordered. Sending an email to the customer asking if they have ordered the shoes one size bigger is not much to ask for before making that decision as the seller. I am in Afghanisatn and the post office comes every other month and too late to return the shoes for a size smaller.
