The new update for this shoe is the flywire threads that cradle around the feet, this is now covered fully around the shoe for extra comforting. This acts like a sling around your foot and as you run it tightens and cradles your feet, increasing the support and holding it in place in the shoe. Purchased a pair yesterday. Went out on a run this morning (was roughly 18 degrees F, not sure if that had any effect) and wasn't feeling it at first. Developed significant pain from the shoes and could not stand it by one mile out. Had to walk back. Returning the shoes today.I'll entertain the possibility that they may just not be broken in and/or not properly fitted. There is very slight heel slippage, however, the midsection of the shoe is snug. Who knows.

The LunarGlide+ 4s are really comfortable; lightweight, and feels really stable- but not too firm when you walk or run around in them. I wear them casually. I also wear them for volleyball practice, even though they're not meant for it, they absorb impact surprisingly well (37 inch vertical). Compared to the LunarGlide+ 3s, the 4s feel more 'snug' around my feet. The volt green is brighter in person than in pictures online.Owned a pair for 5 months now, still looks brand new.

These shoes really don't have much support. The outside of the shoe is more stable than the inside of the shoe. Would not recommend.
