I bought these shoes for my high school son when he couldn't wear regular spikes on an indoor track. These shoes have rubbers soles, so he'll be able to use them on all indoor tracks. The shoes also came with spikes and a spike wrench. He's prepared to run on all surfaces with these shoes. He hasn't worn them on an indorr track yet, but he has run in the school hallways for practice while wearing them. He also ran a four-mile run for practice outdoors on the sidewalks and streets. He said that he's really happy with these shoes.

Very good spike shoes for x-country. They survived 30+ races, mostly in a harsh conditions. they are going to survive the next one

Very well made, good support, light, good traction, looks cool. Has 6 spikes per shoe and come with 1/4 inch spikes with a nice wrench.
