Feels so comfortable to wear! Just the pair I need for my tired feet. Wonderfully made for jogging and walking and running.

I had another pair for a year and had to get another! My custom made orthotics fit perfectly in them and feel perfect! I use them for walking and the gym but are best for the gym because they are flat and secure. I have used them while doing squats and also Olympic weightlifting and give you a good foundation. I would not use these for running.
