I recently bought these shoes for work, as I am on my feet for 8 to 10 hours 5 to 6 days a week. Working in a hospital can be hard on your knees, lower back and feet, so I decided to get something supportive. I read all about these Skechers Shape Ups/Tone Ups and decided to give them a try. I oped for the Tone Ups because they had a more traditional sneaker look to them as opposed to the Shape Ups weird wedge thing. I was skeptical at first as to the effects of these shoes but after a week, I'm sold! I can truly feel the difference on my feet, no more painful heels, and my glutes and legs were burning as if I'd been working out. The best thing about these is the fact they eliminated all my back, heel and knee discomfort from standing and walking all day. I don't know if these will work for everyone, but they definitely worked for me.

You'll love this shoe for walking or standing, but its not for running. I've been running since 1982 and tried these out because they look like a running shoe. They are not for running. However, if you're on your feet for hours, walk a lot, or just want to work a different set of muscles, this is the shoe for you. Can't beat the quality or the price!!! This is my first pair of Sketchers and it won't be my last!

Having bought my first pair of these Skechers Men's Cortex Trainers in August of 2011, they have been the most comfortable tennis I have worn. Super soft heel bottom, it's like walking on thick foam, mesh sides and top, your feet stay pretty cool. I added arch support's because I have plantar fasciitis, and now it's almost gone. I have really bad feet over all. These are not for running, but for walking, standing, and every day shoes. Skechers has discontinued these shoes. I found the last two pair on Amazon this past week, September 2012 and bought both pair. For the price, you can't beat these shoes. Averaged $50.00 to $70.00/pair. Skechers should bring these shoe's back on the market! If you have a good product stay with it.
