These running shoes are very light & comfortable with good arch support. The darker colours of the shoe are great for off-road running as they don't show the dirt as much.

I spent a lot of time looking for a good trail running shoe.I needed one that was wide and some companies don't make wide shoes.I tried on the Saucony Cohesion 5 shoes and they fit perfectly.So far I have walked over 250 miles of trails and they cling very wellto whatever I am on. I can't run due to having two whole new replacementsbut I sure get in a lot of walking averaging over five miles a day.I am going to get another pair of these shoes for the future.

I had a minor case of plantar fasciitis after extended walking in inappropriate shoes. These Saucony shoes felt like putting on clouds. Great for walking and jogging. Arch and heel support is wonderful.
