Love these shoes. Second pair. They don't last forever, but they last long enough to get your moneys worth out of them. I had an insert to add more arch support and a bit more cushioning.

The box came crushed and the shoes had marks and stains on them...I cleaned them up myself and will never order shoes on line thru this site again..shoemania blows..do not order from them..........

I ordered regular black vans authentic shoes with the white rubber bottom and white laces. I ordered them in a men's size 9 and received a size 8. I then found out that the seller has a no-exchange policy. It was such a hassle to have to ship the shoes back only to find out that I could not have the correct size sent back to make up for THEIR mistake. The slip inside the box even said "size 9." Once they received the shoes I sent back, I got an email saying size 9 was out of stock. I wish they would have sent me this information before going through all that pointless trouble.
