I bought these to try to get back into running. Unfortunately, I must have forgot why I quit running 18 years ago, and knee pain reminded me I'd best stick to climbing and mountain biking. Great sneaker though, fits like a glove, very light, good cushion. They'll work well canoeing and walking, might try the track again or some trail running. Very motivating shoe.
